Mini Meet Quinny

Tuesday, August 21st, 2007

Cars are to my husband as strollers are to me. When I was pregnant with Isabella I can remember our conversation going something like “HOW MUCH for WHAT???” I asked him to think of it as our baby’s car and at that point it clicked. Now he completely notices what other babies are driving and is so happy that we went for something reeeally nice:). It’s pretty funny.

So we just bought the new Mini Cooper S. It is gorgeous and we absolutely love it! Despite it’s seemingly teency size it is surprisingly roomy, absolutely luxurious, and it drives like a rocket! Our dilemma came when we realized that our lovely full sized Bertini stroller (think traditional pram) would never even think of fitting in the teeny (and I DO mean tiny) trunk. Enter the Quinny Zapp! It is SO cool, and the quality and value of this product are unbelievable! With all of the accessories that are included (full rain cover, removable canopy, infant car seat adapters, AND travel case) it is an insanely good deal at $240 and I just HAD to tell everyone! It steers with the ease of the Bugaboo, but for like $1,000 less when you consider the accessories that are included. The other big plus is that it has the smallest folded dimensions of any model in it’s class in the world! We’re talking about 2′x10″x10″. It fits in our Mini’s trunk like a glove! It’s like they were made for each other! We are just so happy with it and it definitely gets the Bellaziza Vote!

It can be purchased at www.babystyle.com for only $240 and is available in 5 super stylish colors. Go to www.quinny.com to see all of the details.

We’ve Been Swaddled!

Monday, August 6th, 2007

Okay, here’s the story - At the end of Isabella’s ‘bathie’ every night, I wrap her up tightly in her hooded bath towel and dash her off to her bedroom yelling “I’ve been swaddled”! We both think it’s pretty funny and it’s tradition at this point. Well, the whole experience has been kicked up a notch by the lovely new bath towels that we have been using! They are from the “Tubbies” collection at Mullins Square. They are incredibly soft, super plush, and have THE MOST adorable little critters on top! They really put the regular baby towels that we were using to shame.Isabella is currently alternating between the pink Poodle and the green frog. She thinks they are a riot! They wash so well and I really love their durability. I heard from one reliable source how they have had the same Mullins Square towels for their now 8 year old daughter and that they are still going!! I find that to be amazing. Take our word for it, they make the best tubtime swaddle out there, and they are built to last! SO FLUFFY just out of the dryer! For more information, locations and wholesale info, go towww.mullinssquare.com.Our next one will be the Hot Pink Flower with the little honey bee…SO CUTE!!
